Isn't it obvious?

Scooping up one of the little Litwicks as he carefully got to his feet, he held the shy little ghost out to the newcomer.]

Seems like catching one of these little guys is part of the 'Shattering' that the city is celebrating right now, and I think they like me. They're really cute, too.
