It's lunchtime, and this time of day's when everyone's breaking away off to their favorite diners. There's all the bigwigs and businessmen and classy gents and gals, but the camera's pointed at the real stars: the Enlightened, big names, Rangers and Professors and Swords occasionally crossing its sight, accompanied by rapid clicking as Tim burns through his roll of film.
There isn't much about him besides the camera that sets him apart, aside from the fine cut of his clothes; there's a newsy cap jammed atop overly-gelled hair, and, as is increasingly popular with the younger crowd, there's yellow eye-liner making triangles at the corners of his eyes, mimicking local Pokemon style.
(Presumably. After all, an Enlightened wouldn't look so normal otherwise, right?)
