CHARACTER NAME: Excellen Browning ABOUT: Excellen is a Calderan citizen on loan to Union. While she still works with the Steel Battalion, she also assists Union's guard in protecting the peace around the city. She's also a freelance Engineer and resident weirdo, taking a certain pride in picking on and adhering herself to anyone and everyone she might make slightly uncomfortable--or that she finds interesting.
As a teenager, she (along with Kyosuke) was caught up in an attack outside of Caldera by Gigan forces, and was severely wounded. Taken to Sanctuary for treatment, her body was reconstructed through high-level magic and experimentation, making her part homunculi as a result. She has little to no memory of this procedure. It took a little over a year for her to recover, the time she spent living within the mage city. LOOKING FOR: People for Excellen to "befriend," fellow weirdos, people she may have known from Caldera or Sanctuary, Engineer pals. I'm not really picky.
