The facility is generally fairly benign, it's a new structure on the outskirts of the city, so it's a reasonably large complex with its own courtyard. A lot of the facility is based around manufacturing the drugs needed to keep their psychosis in check and therapy facilities and housing facilities for the inhabitants. It's about the size of a larger clinic with attached housing facilities.
