This is an open testrun meme. Posts here may be used in lieu of a sample entry for any applications. For your convenience, we've provided a few prompts, but feel free to make your own!

1) Spring is in the air, and with it, a sudden influx of flying and bug-type Pokémon. Insert bad jokes here.

2) What is with this wacky weather anyway? One end of town, it's blistering hot, the other, it's snowing? And is that a rain cloud following that chap there? Hmm.

3) Mating season Two raging Rhyhorns are butting heads outside of the city, and their mood seems to be washing over the other Pokémon around. Things are going to get nasty if someone doesn't break this up!

4) One of the Bunnelby in the breeding center has been hiding eggs! Oh no! Those poor babies, won't someone please think of the children? Also some of them might be chocolate for some strange reason, we aren't quite sure why.

5) The grass-types are happy that it's spring! A little too happy! We hope you don't have allergies :(

[ There's a small girl sitting a little ways down the food bar, openly peering at Absol. Very openly.

Well, Absol looks like an Absol, okay? And Hotaru is curious. Since she's an Absol. You see how it works?

Unfortunately, Hotaru has absolutely zero social ability, so that's about as much of a conversation starter as you're gonna get. ]

[Unfortunately, this Absol also has zero social ability but in a very different way.

Her hunter instincts pick up on Hotaru's staring and she shoots an aggressive look from down the bar.]

A-Ah, sorry. [ Was it the staring? It was the staring, wasn't it?

Hotaru pointedly looks away.

Then looks back. ]

You... remind me of an Absol.

[ Yes, Hotaru, thank you for pointing out the obvious. ]

I am an Absol. [As if it were plain to see despite her human form.]

Oh my gosh! Really?! [ And in but a moment she is out of her seat and right there. There's now a tiny girl all up in your grill, Absol. What do? ]

Wh-wh-what are you doing?! [Small human within personal space! Small human within personal space! It takes all of her willpower not to draw the naginata slung over her shoulder because tiny human means "child" and you don't just attack children even to defend your grill from being up'd in.]

It's just- I've never met another Absol before. Or a Shifter!

[ She seems excited by this! Hotaru doesn't actually get excited very often, so this is a big thing. ]
