April Testrun

This is an open testrun meme. Posts here may be used in lieu of a sample entry for any applications. For your convenience, we've provided a few prompts, but feel free to make your own!

1) Spring is in the air, and with it, a sudden influx of flying and bug-type Pokémon. Insert bad jokes here.

2) What is with this wacky weather anyway? One end of town, it's blistering hot, the other, it's snowing? And is that a rain cloud following that chap there? Hmm.

3) Mating season Two raging Rhyhorns are butting heads outside of the city, and their mood seems to be washing over the other Pokémon around. Things are going to get nasty if someone doesn't break this up!

4) One of the Bunnelby in the breeding center has been hiding eggs! Oh no! Those poor babies, won't someone please think of the children? Also some of them might be chocolate for some strange reason, we aren't quite sure why.

5) The grass-types are happy that it's spring! A little too happy! We hope you don't have allergies :(

6) Wildcard! Make up your own!

[ Wow, he actually found one! Actually, she's rather envious that he did. But it does make her feel a little more determined to find one. Think like a bunnelby?

But she doesn't remember exactly which pokémon those are, so she'll just take a cue from the other things he said (and where he looked) to search herself. She goes to the surrounding bushes, actually getting down onto her knees to try and peek under them, and then around them. It takes a few branches though until finally-!

She finds one! And she's excited - until she notices something seems strange. She shakes it, and yet...

Sonic, if you didn't see this and approach her, Parsee's going to approach you, holding out the egg to be taken. ]

Something's wrong.

[ Can you guess what. ]

[quickster]

[ Sonic had wandered a little ways off in search of another Egg. Since he'd found one so easily, it was probably just a matter of time before they found the rest of them. ]

Wrong?

[ He turns back to her, giving a look to the egg. ]

What'cha mean?

[sows]

[ She frowns slightly, giving the egg a rougher shake this time. Probably not one wants to see another person do with an egg, but too late. ]

Isn't something meant to be inside?

[ The outside looks like an egg and so does the shape, but the weight of it is... too light. Even Parsee can tell that. She examines it again, facing it towards herself...

Of course, it could just be a tiny tiny pokémon and Parsee isn't thinking about that. ]

[quickster]

Inside? Well, sure somethin' is supposed to be inside. It's an egg! [ Sonic looks at the egg curiously, opting to pick his up from the resting place he'd set it at so he could take a closer look at his own egg. ]

[ He spins the egg around and knocks on the shell. ] Aw man, don't tell me these are all fake?

[sows]

[ Only one way to find out! Or not, but there's going to be only one way Parsee's going to find out! She raises up the egg a little above up head and then throws it down onto the ground.

... revealing a chocolate-y inside.

That sparks her embarrassment, and she won't have herself be the only one with a fake egg. She'll forcibly grab Sonic's egg from him, and if she's successful, she'll do exactly the same to his egg as well!!

It better be a fake..!! ]
