Testrun meme (November & December)
TESTRUN MEME
1) Harvest time! The Agricultural Tower needs a hand harvesting the crops. How is that working out for you and your Pokemon?
2) It's starting to get a bit chilly out! Snow is now blanketing the ground and as an unfortunate side effect Ice Types are now on a rampage through Union. They seem to be having a lot of fun, but it's inconveniencing everyone else, what do you do?
3) Soulfasting is upon us, and festivals abound. Residents have taken to one of the larger parks in Union to celebrate. There are delicious sweets, performances on stage and other spectacles. Some people from the audience are even being pulled up on stage! How are you celebrating?
4) With Autumn coming to a close, many trees within the Verdant Forest have shed their leaves into enormous piles. Unfortunately, this extends beyond the forest and into Union itself, and there is now a big leaf problem. You get to clean it up, have fun!
5) Wildcard! Come up with a prompt!

[Botan had been content to let the Ice Types have their fun. It's just a little frozen water; what harm could there be? (A lot of harm, but nobody really seems to be hurt... just inconvenienced.)
That is, until she finds herself just a little too close to one group of them that are passing by, and somehow or another her hands end up frozen together, encased in a block of ice. She fixes the Pokemon (who don't seem to notice or care) with an incredulous look.]
Oh come now, that's hardly sportsmanlike!
[She could probably use a little help here...]

[Did someone say "clean up the leaves"? Because that definitely isn't what Botan heard. Oh, she's dutifully raking them into piles - conceivably for easier clean-up - but once she has a nice, sizable-looking one she takes a step back and proudly surveys her handiwork...
...before taking a running start and leaping right in, scattering leaves everywhere and laughing. She's bound to attract attention of some kind, and regardless of whether whoever sees her looks amused or chiding, she grins at them.]
Why don't you give it a go? It's really quite a lot of fun!

Looks like those guys really managed to do a number on you, huh?
[Inspecting the block of ice! Looks thick. Knocks on it a few times.]
Man. Pretty good handiwork too!

[Botan isn't doing too poorly if she can afford to make jokes at her own expense, but her hands are getting pretty chilly. The block of ice is smooth and doesn't crack when Goku raps on it, unfortunately.]

Guess we'll have to get you outta this. I've got an idea. Follow me for a second! [He'll lead her right over to one of the fountains in Union, now turned off of course.]

[The way she talks, it's like she's trying to sound tough. But there is a smile playing on her lips (she really can't fault the Pokemon for doing what they do), and she's failing to really get annoyed.
She follows Goku over to the turned-off fountain and cants her head to one side.] What's your idea? I'm all ears!

Well, actually... [And out of his Warp Band comes Charizard! The fire-type greets Botan warmly.]
Hey Charizard, you think you could use your Flamethrower and melt that ice?
[The big lizard looks at Goku. Um. That's an awful idea. Do you know what would happen to her?]

This is probably the first time Botan's expression has almost perfectly mirrored a giant, flaming lizard, but if things continue as they have been it also won't be the last.]
You know, I'm really not too fond of the idea of becoming a Botan Flambé... No offense to you, of course, Charizard. I'm sure you wouldn't char me on purpose.

No? Well, alright, if you're sure. I guess we can just use this stone. [He looks down to the corner of the fountain.]
I've hit my head plenty of times on this, and the stone can definitely hold its own! I've got a pretty hard head too, if that's saying something.
Let's try to break it on this.

[She hopes, anyway, because she is starting to lose feeling in her hands now that they've been iced over long enough to progress past a little chilly.
Botan takes a deep breath, then brings her arms up so she can smack the block of ice on the stone with a mighty yell.]
Haaaaaahh!!
[Good news! The ice cracks. Bad news: It shatters and goes absolutely everywhere.]

[Charizard agrees. It'll be fine. Besides, that was one heck of a swing. He's impressed! It's sorta like his trainer, except when Goku does it there's a lot of damage and they get in trouble.]

[Whew! No harm done after all. Botan chuckles and puts one hand on her hip.] Thanks a lot for your help! I could've been stuck like that for awhile if you hadn't come along.

I got frozen to the ground just the other day, and then they knocked part of me over and froze my hands to my feet! Let's just say I didn't get out of that one for a while.
[Charizard nods. You shoulda seen it! It was kinda funny looking. And Goku couldn't even call for help for hours.]

Oh wait, no, that's not help. That's not help at all. That's a leafsplosion. Botan pls.]
Mayocchi will get mad if this doesn't get done.
[Or she'll take after Botan, which is probably the more likely thing to happen. And then Nozomi and Jinxie will have to clean up, because while it would be funny to leave the youngest to do all the work, that isn't how we roll.
...Although jumping in does look tempting. THE STRUGGLE.]

[Botan grins from her place in the leaves and waves a hand dismissively. Mad? Pshaww! It's not like this is going to be a terrible mess forever.]
We'll have our fun and then clean it up after! Then no one can get mad. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, you know!

....right until she jumped in the pile.
Of course, that look quickly fades away into exasperated irritation as he looks over the mess she's just made.]
The hell are you doing? You've just got to rake that back up again, you know.
[Ichigo, you already move as stiff as hell in your brown samurai robes. Don't give people a reason to think you legitimately have a stick up your ass.]
