TESTRUN MEME

1) Harvest time! The Agricultural Tower needs a hand harvesting the crops. How is that working out for you and your Pokemon?

2) It's starting to get a bit chilly out! Snow is now blanketing the ground and as an unfortunate side effect Ice Types are now on a rampage through Union. They seem to be having a lot of fun, but it's inconveniencing everyone else, what do you do?

3) Soulfasting is upon us, and festivals abound. Residents have taken to one of the larger parks in Union to celebrate. There are delicious sweets, performances on stage and other spectacles. Some people from the audience are even being pulled up on stage! How are you celebrating?

4) With Autumn coming to a close, many trees within the Verdant Forest have shed their leaves into enormous piles. Unfortunately, this extends beyond the forest and into Union itself, and there is now a big leaf problem. You get to clean it up, have fun!

5) Wildcard! Come up with a prompt!

[Estelle rolls quickly to the side, this time. She barely gets away from the Ice Fangs, but they still clip her jacket and tear it. They tear her jacket!!]

[Her eyes widen sharply and then she glares at the Negatone.]

HEY! You--you big, dumb JERK! That was mostly sorta new!

[...]

[She starts swinging the staff rapidly at Glalie with quick, rapid swings.]

Gla! Gla! Gla! [ Glalie dodges backwards each time, darting out of the way of the staff but unable to press forward with his own attacks as long as Estelle keeps up that barrage. Siren doesn't seem dismayed, however. She claps her hands together. ]

That's it, that's it! Feel free to give up whenever you want!

Glaaaaaaa! [ There's another Icy Wind. Glalie is hoping to distract Estelle enough that he can hover higher up than he has been thus far - ideally, soar over her head and get behind her. He's been told to finish this, so they shouldn't prolong the fight. ]

[The Icy Wind makes Estelle stumble backward, with a yelp; that worked quite well, and she's easy to distract. The girl covers her face, even -- and that gives Glalie his chance to jump over her!]

[When he does, she blinks.]

Lie!!!!

[ And there's the Blizzard. Right to Estelle's back. This is the best plan ever.

Or it would be if Siren weren't also in the line of fire. She jumps, then hops from one foot to the other, agitated and rubbing her arms for warmth. ]

Gyaaa! Cold cold cold cold -

WAAAAGH!

[She doesn't get away. She just has the fact that it caught Siren, too, to make her feel better about her life. And it does, a little. But Estelle's also freezing cold.]

I haaaaate the cold! Why did you do this!!

[She's flailing her arms and hopping up and down.]

[ Siren's teeth are chattering and her knees are knocking together, but she does her best to rally when Estelle's eyes are on her again. ] Isn't it obvious? You're sad, right? You regret this, right~?

Glaaaalieeeee!! [ Glalie takes this opportunity to gloat, laughing with a toothy smile. He showed the human! Stupid squishy human! ]

Let the Melody of Sorrow drown out your heart's beat!!

[ Now. How to finish this, since you're not running in terror or giving up entirely... ]

No! I'm not a fan but what the hell else was I gonna do! I can't let you frost a whole place over...!

[She's stumbling, trying to get back up still. She's not really doing so hot -- for one, she's weak to Ice -- but it appears she's harder to discourage.]

[Recklessness is the better part of valor...?]

I don't see you stopping me, though. [ Why yes, this is a smirk. This is also an excellent time to finish this girl off, but you know what? It's better spent lording herself over her struggling opponent.

Oh, yes, this was an excellent idea. Glalie agrees too, bursting into what's apparently villain laughter. ]

Gla la la la la...

[ Girl and snowball draw closer, trying to back Estelle against a building. Or maybe they just want front-row seats. Who knows. ]

[She's stepping backward -- scolding herself mentally, knowing that being backed against a wall is a bad idea. Her back hits it and she winces, and she keeps trying to make fire appear at the end of her staff. It crackles, like a lighter trying to light.]

Just watch...!

[That might be bravado.]

[ Nope, Siren's soooo not intimidated. She's even trying to swagger all the way up to Estelle and run a hand down her cheek. Maybe it's a bad idea to get this close when that staff could burst into flame at any moment, but she doesn't appear concerned. ] You'd have been better off submitting to sadness like everyone else. Poor thing....

[ Glalie takes a deep breath, preparing to deal the final blow. ]

[Estelle takes a deep breath and focuses. She can't win, she doesn't think, but... maybe she can get away.]

[The staff lights up with a fiery aura when Siren gets close, and she swings it out, smacking towards the Shifter's side. Then Estelle leaps -- and leaps high, drawing on the innate strength of being a God of War to jump onto the balcony of a building up above.]

Hyaaah! Sorry, but I can't die yet!

I-aaaaaaahhh----- [ Yup, you got her. Siren's not much when it comes to defense, so she goes flying and shifts in midair again, landing on the ground on all four paws.

For the moment. It's icy, so she does end up slipping and sliding for this particular landing, but once she's got her footage she stares up at Estelle. Jeez! ] You little -

[ But this isn't helping. She takes a deep breath. ] I'll remember this!!

[ So frightening. So very frightening. Especially the way her ears are back and she's fluffed up to make herself look larger. Yes. ]
