Testrun meme (January & February)

TESTRUN MEME
1) New Years Celebration! There are fireworks all over the city! And that means your Pokémon are probably hiding under the bed. No matter how big they are. What do?
2) There's been some heavy snowfall and the connecting bridges are overloaded. They're really slick and icy and need to be plowed for safety. You and your Pokémon have been selected for this "honor". Have fun!
3) With the winter coming, the Hot Springs have been overwhelmed by an abundance of monkey Pokémon. They've been attacking citizens who are trying to soak in the pools and it's creating a big problem. Go resolve it!
4) Caldera has been working on a project to restore some of their fortifications, and that means they need strong trainers and Pokémon to help carry and work the stone and metal. Time to help out!
5) The Tropical Island has become something of a destination in the wintertime, and it's getting really crowded. Some Pokémon researchers need to conduct studies on the volcano but the throng of tourists is simply too much. Help clear a path!
6) Wildcard! Make your own prompt!
Kuvira | Legend of Korra
No response. Kuvira draws back still in a crouch and glances around, her long braid wagging down her back. This is embarrassing. Hopefully, no one is looking. ...The fireworks are impressive. She'd been startled too. "Anik, come on."
2. She doesn't think it's ever gotten this cold in Caldera, but Union has a lot less to do with lava. Most of what Kuvira remembers about ice and snow is from a long time ago now. Getting a good pole and fixing some of her metal into it in a broad, flattened shovel shape, and physically digging in and shifting the snow, seems to work well enough. When there is ice, she whips it into smaller pieces with the cables she keeps spooled at her hips. At least the work keeps her warm.
Looking at her Ralts... Kuvira shoots a blank look his way. He doesn't stop punching a snowbank taller than he is, though he barely dents it. One-two, one-two, squeaking as if launching powerful blows.
She decides to leave Anik to it. He's too small to haul heavy snow around himself, and she doesn't think Confusion will have much of an effect.
