When creating a thread, it is advised that players give their prospective thread partners a bit of information in the subject line, such as the characters name and canon, or a possible typing and Enlightened ability (if this is applicable). These are not required, but will make it easier for any prospective players to thread with you.
If you have any setting questions, or want to do some reading before posting a thread, you can find the setting directory here! Happy tagging!THIS CYCLE'S PROMPTS
#1 Refuge has opened its gates to the people of Union, Caldera and Citadel, in the most hospitable way they feel possible: A party. Some have come to explore the expansive underground city, but mostly, word has spread about how Refuge's brews are on point. They don't seem to discriminate on age, either.
#2 The city of Caldera is starting a major production project and they need workers. The forges are constantly going day and night and the pay's good, but it's hot, hard work that'll leave you tired and achy to say the least.
#3 The Summer Solstice festival has begun in Citadel. The tree is in full bloom, with flowers of every color dot its branches. This week-long celebration brings together the various tribes that call Citadel its home through music, dancing and, of course, fighting. There is a tournament set to begin, boasting some of the strongest Valkyries that Citadel has ever known among the combatants.
#4 The heat has really gotten to the people of Union, and as a result many have moved south for a weekend get-away in the Archipelago and the larger Island. The sand is warm and the water is too, but doesn't the beach seem a bit crowded for a once seemingly deserted area?
#5 Wildcard! Come up with your own prompt!

Don't worry 'bout it, [he said, grinning at her.] We'll take anything out here -- but, why would you even think that we were working on a play?
no subject
They said it would be a "production." Just because I didn't read the whole advertisement...
its okay, we forgive you~
That's okay. Like I said-- don't worry 'bout it. To tell the truth, I'm thinking these guys could use something sweet to listen to when they're done for the day. If you don't think this is your deal....well, you might find your calling elsewhere.
[He winked at his not!sis, almost teasing the young woman while simultaneously dropping a gigantic hint at something she'd definitely appreciate.]
Re: i don't know why but i really appreciate it D|
i swear this was in the box when i clicked send oh my god shoot me dead
On theo ther hand, when someone believes in her, she can feel it. Their faith wraps around her more comfortably than any blanket, their support keeps her hope alive. Today can and will be a good day because of Cliff. ]
But you know... It's nice to see you working somewhere safe, too.
NEVAR
[He offered her an encouraging smile and reached out to playfully ruffle her hair. Ranka was so kind and so innocent compared to other girls her age, and he didn't want to ruin that with her knowing about exactly what he had been dealing with for the last several months before he returned to Caldera without his usual pokemon team. She was smart, and young people were notorious for being able to see through the lies of the adults surrounding them, but still...
Cliff wanted to at least let her live her dream without worries for a while.]
I'm due for a break. Want some help with figuring out what you're gonna wear tonight? It's hot, but that shouldn't be a problem
[Heat was a state of being in Caldera. It had it's moods, and tonight was blissfully dry and clean. The wind didn't even dare to kick up the tiniest grain of sand...it was perfect, really.]
