Test run meme!

This meme is for people to test out new characters in the Brave New World setting! All threads within this meme can be used for the application sample requirements, a thread with one character with at least 10 comments from your character can be used in place of a first person sample, and two threads with two different characters with at least 10 comments from your character can be used in place of a third person sample. Both samples may be negated in this fashion. Here are a few prompts, feel free to make your own if need be! Have fun!

1. A Wild Pokémon appears! But not just any Pokémon, this one is different. Bigger. Stronger. Angrier. More bizarre? This can be anything from an Aggron to a Lickilicky but it should be fully evolved, big, and not something you can handle alone.

2. You and your fellow trainers have discovered a peaceful field that looks like a sanctuary for Grass Pokémon. Do they leave it in peace, observe, or aggressively Befriend everything?

3. The Old City is spitting up tons of Grimer that are infesting Union. It's nasty and there is panic (and slime) in the streets! What do you do?

4. The Habitat Tower is desperately in need of help for taking care of Fire Pokemon - they need volunteers! You've been provided with some oven mitts. Good luck!

5. Oh god there's a swarm of angry Pokémon and they're all bearing down on you run away!

6. You just passed through a cave and found something marvelous. Perhaps it's a room full of brilliant crystal formations. Perhaps it's a cove to a secluded beach. Perhaps it's a large pre-war mansion buried underground but still mostly intact. What is it and what do you do?

[John snickers a bit at Sakura and nods.]

I haven't tried to use it on this many pokemon at once before, but maybe I can buy us some time. The good news is I am pretty sure they can't do too much to me.

[Which means he's going to throw himself onto the front line. But first, he's gonna give Hypnosis a go. He holds his arms out and concentrates. The others should know to not actually look directly at him when he does this, lest they want to fall asleep too.]

[Focusing his psychic energy into his swords, Ogami sends out a pair of blue shockwaves at the Grimer]

[And Sakura attacks in kind, drawing her sword quickly and launching a pink shockwave at the group of Grimer.]

[It doesn't knock out all of them, but several of the closer Grimer start dropping.]

[That takes a lot out of him though. He stumbles, using his hammer for support before he grips the handle and swings it back onto his shoulder.]

[Goomy is going to stubbornly get in front of him and start shooting some bubbles at any that get close.]

Joh--er, Flower Blue? Is that what we're going with for codenames? Um, anyway, he's exhausted! You guys should really wait for me...

[Another young lady in an equally fabulous uniform and a pink mask suddenly appears, accompanied by a serious-looking Ralts.]

Okay, you guys and Himiko hit the ones that are still awake with Psychic attacks!

[The Ralts looks at her partner with a little bit of a level gaze.]

Um, please?

[The Pokemon shrugs, then concentrates and hits a random Grimer with Confusion.]

Good work Flower Squad! We're starting to push them back!

[Sakura leaps back in front of John, noting his somewhat slackened state. She gives a nod toward Rise.]

Right! Hanako, use sweet scent!

[And the Oddish complies, the smell of cherry blossoms beginning to waft through the air, somehow managing to mask a bit of the putrid stench from the grimer. Their front lines also appear to be acting oddly, bumbling around a bit.]

[He smiles a bit, thankful. Don't worry, he'll get his second wind in just a minute.]

Slimer, hit them with absorb. I don't really want to find out what would happen if you tried tackling them.

Aaaaaand that one!

[Himiko continues to rather offhandedly hit Grimers with its psychic energy, following Rise's pointing finger as she assesses which ones aren't already confused or asleep.]

[That last one might seem obvious, but it can be hard to tell with Grimers sometimes.]
