This meme is for people to test out new characters in the Brave New World setting! All threads within this meme can be used for the application sample requirements, a thread with one character with at least 10 comments from your character can be used in place of a first person sample, and two threads with two different characters with at least 10 comments from your character can be used in place of a third person sample. Both samples may be negated in this fashion. Here are a few prompts, feel free to make your own if need be! Have fun!

1. A Wild Pokémon appears! But not just any Pokémon, this one is different. Bigger. Stronger. Angrier. More bizarre? This can be anything from an Aggron to a Lickilicky but it should be fully evolved, big, and not something you can handle alone.

2. You and your fellow trainers have discovered a peaceful field that looks like a sanctuary for Grass Pokémon. Do they leave it in peace, observe, or aggressively Befriend everything?

3. The Old City is spitting up tons of Grimer that are infesting Union. It's nasty and there is panic (and slime) in the streets! What do you do?

4. The Habitat Tower is desperately in need of help for taking care of Fire Pokemon - they need volunteers! You've been provided with some oven mitts. Good luck!

5. Oh god there's a swarm of angry Pokémon and they're all bearing down on you run away!

6. You just passed through a cave and found something marvelous. Perhaps it's a room full of brilliant crystal formations. Perhaps it's a cove to a secluded beach. Perhaps it's a large pre-war mansion buried underground but still mostly intact. What is it and what do you do?

Far from running for her life, Morgiana has planted herself between the on coming herd and a group of children.

"Don't worry. I can stop them."

One of the badguy's minions has come to stop you from ruining his plans. This is not a pokemon, however, but a young girl with pink hair and shackles about her ankles. She steps in the way of your path and raises her fists in a fighting stance.

"I'm sorry, but this is as far as you go."

Physically, the very idea of such a small person trying to stop you should seem laughable, but there's something in her eyes that makes you nervous.

It takes a lot to make Levi nervous; that look of hers does stir a flutter in his chest, but more than anything, it tips him off: he shouldn't underestimate this girl. Still, he unsheathes a sword and takes a few steps toward her before adopting his own stance.

"If you move now, brat, I'll let you run."

Her eyes flickered from his eyes to the tip of the sword to his feet, showing no nervousness. Confidence, yes, but also a total lack of concern about the prospect of her own death, should she lose. Her toes dig into the solid stone floor, radiating cracks out around her as she prepares to charge should Levi fail to retreat.

"I'm not running."

"Fine."

He sweeps toward her with no fear, bent forward slightly with his sword out at a low angle. The pace of his acceleration is inhuman, and his boots hardly seem to touch the ground. As he closes in, he leaps and rotates his body, slashing down at her.

The moment he makes an aggressive move, she matches it. She may be unarmed but she's just as fast, if not faster. Her foot dug deeper into the ground, as she dashed to the side out of the way of the sword blow. A second step left another small crater, but accelerated her back at him with a sweeping roundhouse kick aimed under his arm.

Definitely quick. He has about a split second to react, and manages to throw up a forearm to block her kick at the ankle — though the strength of the blow still has him gritting his teeth, and his feet even slide a few inches. Levi counters by spinning his body counterclockwise, aiming to deliver a low, sweeping kick while slicing high with his blade almost simultaneously.

It felt like kicking a fire hydrant, but Morgiana winced, slid over a foot from the force of the blow, and almost fell over. She couldn't entirely dodge the followup slash, and had to try and deflect it with her forearm. There was a shower of sparks, and while her arm was left with a cut, it wasn't very deep.

She countered with a lightning quick grab for the front of his shirt.

Levi hasn't fought many Enlightened, particularly ones that resist his attacks, so he doesn't expect such a quick turnaround after cutting into her arm. Thus, she's able to get a good hold of his cravat, pulling him toward her. His response is to swing his off arm up toward her head, trying to uppercut her jaw.

Just as she brought her forehead forwards in an atomic headbutt. The resulting collision of heads and noses and jaws and fists was kind of awkward and not very cinematic. Morgiana stumbled back, but was PRETTY sure she had hit something. This wasn't going to be easy, though.

fire resists steel, so feel free to have the sword be… not very effective

I'm gonna have to bookmark the chart that lists all those. I know nothing about pokemon.
