This meme is for people to test out new characters in the Brave New World setting! All threads within this meme can be used for the application sample requirements, a thread with one character with at least 10 comments from your character can be used in place of a first person sample, and two threads with two different characters with at least 10 comments from your character can be used in place of a third person sample. Both samples may be negated in this fashion. Here are a few prompts, feel free to make your own if need be! Have fun!

1. A Wild Pokémon appears! But not just any Pokémon, this one is different. Bigger. Stronger. Angrier. More bizarre? This can be anything from an Aggron to a Lickilicky but it should be fully evolved, big, and not something you can handle alone.

2. You and your fellow trainers have discovered a peaceful field that looks like a sanctuary for Grass Pokémon. Do they leave it in peace, observe, or aggressively Befriend everything?

3. The Old City is spitting up tons of Grimer that are infesting Union. It's nasty and there is panic (and slime) in the streets! What do you do?

4. The Habitat Tower is desperately in need of help for taking care of Fire Pokemon - they need volunteers! You've been provided with some oven mitts. Good luck!

5. Oh god there's a swarm of angry Pokémon and they're all bearing down on you run away!

6. You just passed through a cave and found something marvelous. Perhaps it's a room full of brilliant crystal formations. Perhaps it's a cove to a secluded beach. Perhaps it's a large pre-war mansion buried underground but still mostly intact. What is it and what do you do?

Oh, could it be some kinda book? Hyahahah!

[Because, you know. She's a librarian. And being one means that their lives are all about books, clearly. Everyone knows this.]

... Y'know, bookworm, the last place anyone with half a mind would look for books is a cave.

[Says the guy caught reading a book upside down more than a couple times.]

[Rumor has it she does precious little bookkeeping, and a lot more knocking out walls in old rooms for strange projects.]

Modern libraries have gaps in them. Self-imposed gaps, I'm starting to think.

[There's not a lot of that that Dedede understood. Devices can't think. Thinking people made use of devices. Curious as the librarian was, she was said to be brilliant, but Dedede wasn't seeing much of it. He gives her an incredulous look.]

People'd have better things to do than throw away books for fun, if that's what you're getting at.

Not for fun, no. For the illusion of safety.

[They turn the corner and find their goal: A huge, crumbling mansion. One entire wing has collapsed, but the rest of it looked more or less intact.]

[Illusion of... He really doesn't understand you, Zarvora, and therefore, you must be an idiot. Why else doesn't he understand?]

[Oh. It's some crumbling mansion. What is this. Real estate wouldn't be the least bit interested in this. Dedede's mood deflates.]

Eugh. Great. Everything I find here will either be old and worthless or old and "price"less. I say we head back; the investigation team will find your precious kom-pew-ter in a week tops.

[Even if some sort of feral pokemon doesn't maul her the moment she walks in the door, it looks pretty structurally unsound, and the concept of being trapped in a collapsed building does not appeal. As much as she hates to say it she needs Dedede around for now.]

Very well. I'm sure the investigation team will have no problem breaking into the safe anyways. Anything worth money that's survived would probably be in there.

[Dedede forgets every bit of his hesitations and rushes through the doorway, running past Zarvora. The creaking from his rapid footsteps progressively grow louder and... was that a cracking noise?

Zarvora's plan worked too well.]

Oi, where do people keep their safes? Bedroom? Basement? In secret slots behind paintings!?

[Her eyebrows crawled up her forehead in amusement as she watched the large man go bounding off. She followed him in at a more sedate pace.]

It could be anywhere. They're supposed to be hidden, after all. Try not to collapse the whole building on us while you're running around.
