This meme is for people to test out new characters in the Brave New World setting! All threads within this meme can be used for the application sample requirements, a thread with one character with at least 10 comments from your character can be used in place of a first person sample, and two threads with two different characters with at least 10 comments from your character can be used in place of a third person sample. Both samples may be negated in this fashion. Here are a few prompts, feel free to make your own if need be! Have fun!

1. A Wild Pokémon appears! But not just any Pokémon, this one is different. Bigger. Stronger. Angrier. More bizarre? This can be anything from an Aggron to a Lickilicky but it should be fully evolved, big, and not something you can handle alone.

2. You and your fellow trainers have discovered a peaceful field that looks like a sanctuary for Grass Pokémon. Do they leave it in peace, observe, or aggressively Befriend everything?

3. The Old City is spitting up tons of Grimer that are infesting Union. It's nasty and there is panic (and slime) in the streets! What do you do?

4. The Habitat Tower is desperately in need of help for taking care of Fire Pokemon - they need volunteers! You've been provided with some oven mitts. Good luck!

5. Oh god there's a swarm of angry Pokémon and they're all bearing down on you run away!

6. You just passed through a cave and found something marvelous. Perhaps it's a room full of brilliant crystal formations. Perhaps it's a cove to a secluded beach. Perhaps it's a large pre-war mansion buried underground but still mostly intact. What is it and what do you do?

[A rather large man comes SPRINTING past with a woman slung over his shoulder. There are like 10 million Zubats in hot pursuit.]

[And the woman slung over his shoulder is thrashing a bit.]

I thought you said you packed repels! I think they're gaining on us!

[Oh hey person.]

Excuse us, coming through! You might want to start running!

[ Misha doesn't have to be told twice. She spots the Zubats and starts dashing alongside the two; running isn't quite her strong suit, but life or death has a way of getting you motivated. ]

What did you do?!

[Aerith, however, is not above getting Zack in trouble, even in the face of danger.]

[She looks over at Misha, running by their side.]

He thought it was a good idea to throw a rock in that cave over there to see how far it went. And then gawk for a minute when nothing happened right away.

There is something wrong with you!

[ Yes, Misha has breath and time to yell at Zack while running. She almost plows right into a stalagmite, but simply... passes through it instead and keeps going. Well then. ]

HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THERE WERE ZUBATS NESTING OUT IN THE OPEN LIKE THAT!?

[WHY IS THERE A NIDOKING HERE Janine dropped her Warp Band in the grass there when it showed up and if it gets smashed... she'll need a new one. Which, yeah, doable, but it's such a pain! So she's swooping around and just manages to evade a Hyper Beam.

she may be an Aerodactyl but she's pretty low-level.]

[ Well, that is a frightening sight. Two large pokémon going at it with all their might on the battlefield in front of her. Despite everything, despite the fact that Misha is pretty sure she can't die twice, she screams at the Hyper Beam coming so close. Those things are dangerous as all hell and it's just barely missed her as well.

It's a bad move to make, as the Nidoking notices the audience. There's no way Misha could outrun a Hyper Beam like that Aerodactyl can do. She takes a shuddering breath and summons her Ghastly friend. ]

Okay... Okay, we can do this. Just need to get away, right?

[Nidoking's head is down and it's a-bristle, heavy tail lashing through the long grass. Wild Pokemon are electing to get out of the way instead of appear. Janine is shouting now, frustrated.]

I just dropped a thing, okay, let me get it and I'll be out of your way! I'm not trying to do anything with your territory!

[maybe it can understand her, she's a shifter and all, but is it listening? no. ...wait, was that a scream a minute ago?]

...damn it.

[ Misha holds stalk-still as the Nidoking appears to ready itself for some sort of fight. She hears a voice and seeks it out, eyes only making way to the aerodactyl fluttering about. ]

Are you—oh hell.

[damn it someone being here and close makes it a lot more complicated. O-kay. She circles overhead, wings loud, until she sees the girl. hnnf. Nidoking's pretty much in a rage and if it notices her, she's a much easier target than a big flying Rock-type.]

Run away, girl! Hey. Hey, Poison Point! [she shouts from Nidoking's other side.] Over here!
