This meme is for people to test out new characters in the Brave New World setting! All threads within this meme can be used for the application sample requirements, a thread with one character with at least 10 comments from your character can be used in place of a first person sample, and two threads with two different characters with at least 10 comments from your character can be used in place of a third person sample. Both samples may be negated in this fashion. Here are a few prompts, feel free to make your own if need be! Have fun!

1. A Wild Pokémon appears! But not just any Pokémon, this one is different. Bigger. Stronger. Angrier. More bizarre? This can be anything from an Aggron to a Lickilicky but it should be fully evolved, big, and not something you can handle alone.

2. You and your fellow trainers have discovered a peaceful field that looks like a sanctuary for Grass Pokémon. Do they leave it in peace, observe, or aggressively Befriend everything?

3. The Old City is spitting up tons of Grimer that are infesting Union. It's nasty and there is panic (and slime) in the streets! What do you do?

4. The Habitat Tower is desperately in need of help for taking care of Fire Pokemon - they need volunteers! You've been provided with some oven mitts. Good luck!

5. Oh god there's a swarm of angry Pokémon and they're all bearing down on you run away!

6. You just passed through a cave and found something marvelous. Perhaps it's a room full of brilliant crystal formations. Perhaps it's a cove to a secluded beach. Perhaps it's a large pre-war mansion buried underground but still mostly intact. What is it and what do you do?

Fai of course reacts in a completely dignified and mature way to this. Which is to say that he screeches, flails, and falls out of his bed - and sends a blast of undirected Psychic energy at whatever it was made that noise. Careful with that, Yuui, it's kind of super effective against Ghost types and all that. Also, he just tore away a huge section of the wallpaper. Elegant.

"What the fantailed Fletchinder was that?"

Oops. It's possible that he hadn't thought that one quite through, but even so there's nothing that can stop him from breaking down int the most delighted giggles. This was exactly the reaction he had been hoping for, well except for the blast thing, and the sight of it was even better than he'd imagined. The Ghost pokemon, who just narrowly managed to dodge the Psychic blast by hanging on to Fai's hair by its teeth, flitters over to Yuui and promptly manages to entangle itself in his hair instead.

"This is Moko-chan. He's a Misdreavus I bonded with just before I came home. Almost made me late too. Isn't he the cutest thing?" Having recovered somewhat from his giggles Yuui works to get the pokemon out of his hair so that he can show it off properly.

Fai flails at the thing detatching itself from his hair, and then just... stares at it. And at Yuui. And then back. I hope you're prepared for some serious pouting, Yuui, because your brother is so very not pleased with you right now. How could you?

"Yuuiiiii, that was so mean! And I don't think things that scare me are cute, I really don't." This also seems to have shaken awake his Flabébé, who usually sleeps on a home-made little bed, all expensive fabric and silk roses. Now it flutters down to Fai to fuss about him and give the Misdreavus a dirty look. "...though I guess it's not that bad." Look, he can't exactly hate on Yuui's friends.

"Oh please, like you're in a position to judge anyone for being a bit mischievous." But it's not like he can resist Fai's pouting for very long and so he gets up to sit next to him by the bed, his smile briefly apologetic as he reaches out to caress Fai's cheek, the Misdreavus tagging along by holding on to Yuui's hair, all in all it's proving to be a very good hiding place. "The books say that they feed on fear so... thank you for the meal?" His smile turns more teasing again and a small giggle escapes him. "I was thinking about sending him after uncle the next time he's hungry. Since we're so newly bonded I don't think they'll blame me much for it."

He settles in a bit closer and leans his head against Fai's shoulder. "I didn't mean to scare you too badly you know, I just wanted to show him off a bit. Though you have to admit your reaction was kind of funny. I can make it up to you...?" His voice trails off and he looks for Fai's Flabébé, making sure to send it an apologetic smile as well. "I'm sorry if we disturbed you too, little one. I hope you won't hold it against us too much."
